Need Advice: Altercation on I-55

Hey All (or all 3 people that still check this board...),

What would you do....

This morning on my commute into work I had a very pleasant, kind, courteous lady pass me on the left shoulder of I-55 S. This sandwiched me between herself and a semi, with inches to spare, as she was half in my lane. I backed off and let her through at which point I noted her license plate and vehicle description. I kept my distance and followed her until my exit for I-80 E exchanging morning salutations as I drove past.

In harsher words this bitch tried to kill me and I really wanted to retaliate at the moment however physics is never kind in a 10:1 weight ratio competition. I kept my cool and was hoping to pass a cop along the way.

That all said; I do have her plate and a solid description of the vehicle. Would you file a complaint with the Will County AG? Let Karma takes its course??

A complaint with the AG seems futile and a waste of time since an officer did not witness the incident.

What other (legal) options would you consider?

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence.
You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves.

Yeah interstate is there jurisdiction. I would go that route. You are alot calmer than me thats for sure. I someone passed me on the left hand shoulder there would be no way I would let her in. I would be hanging onto her hood for dear life if it came down to it.

Report it. You may have to go to court to testify since no officer observed it.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.
