Some guy trying to make a few extra bucks. You can get set up through the BATF if you want.

OK maybe what I meant was is it possible for just someone other than a gun dealer to get a FFL? He makes it sound like you can get one for your home or other business.

Does the probability of getting the FFL seem possible?

Yes it is.

Louise and his partner don't have a store front in the brick and mortar sense yet have an FFL. They can have things sent to their homes. They're storefront is the stand they set up at gun shows.;)

I'm a little late to the post, but yes it is possible to get your FFL from your home, drawbacks though, you have to get permission from local authorities, also have to have fingerprints on file and Federal background check performed (that's the main reason I dropped mine...thanks to the Brady's and the Clinton's)

If you use your home as the business address for a FFL, you must allow the feds to enter and search your residence and all that is inside at any time they wish. No search warant required as I remember.:) Not a good thing if you have ANYTHING that may be construed as illegal inside that place, porn fans.:laughing

Also keep in mind that lately the ATF has been taking the 'business' part of a FFL seriously, to the extent of making sure that the FFL address is zoned business, has a tax ID #, and so forth.
