Can someone please explain to the dumb Canadian, who the brother is:confused I have seen his face posted here a couple of times, I think Jughead had posted him in his avatar.....and I don't know who he is and why it's funny. Remember I don't have time to watch TV.

That gentleman goes by the nickname "Bub Rubb". While accompanied by his girlfriend "Lil Sis" he was featured in a oakland news story about "whistle tips" that local mufffler shops were installing on peoples cars.

Bub Rubb is responsible for such notable quotes as:

"Da whistle goes WOOOO!"

"they be trippin on dem flows"

"Its that WOO WOOO"

"Fo' jus' one dollah, make yo car hollah!"

and in response to claims that people should have to listen to cars make these noises early in the morning he said:

"dey outa be up makin bre-fast fo sombody"
