Now this ones got me...
I recently rebuilt both the master cylinder and caliper on the front end of my zuma. after some difficulty getting the air bled out I finally had working brakes, it took like 4 bleeds to get a decent lever feel. I havent ridden it much since I did the rebuild work about 6 weeks ago but after the sticker shock finally hitting me upside the head while filling up the car on friday after work, Im gonna be commuting to work with the zuma. I had it out today adn the lever seems to have a dead zone for about the first 1/4 travel.
any ideas whats causing this lever deadband?
Im pretty familiar with working on this stuff but this has me stumped, ive never lost lever feel overtime
