Mine goes pretty good (wheelies and does about 60)
70cc kit, Malossi variator, malossi cdi (it actually makes a difference), big carb, and a Leo 70cc pipe.
don't get the leo zx pipe it sucks (it has a internal baffle in the expansion chamber) which hinders power.
I've been thinking about doing the Malossi MHR Over Range Race Transmission ..... so I can get a larger range of gearing and shift points...but not sure if I want to get rid of my electric starter...but that going to be the next mod if I get around to it...lol

I've never done one to a stock scoot...
but i've done before and after with 2 zumas with the same BB, variator, carb, and pipe.
I was fairly surprised on how well it worked...needless to say I bought one for my scoot...keep in mind it removes the rev limiter so be carefull with that.
Oh and it's kind of a pain to install definitely NOT plug and play...LOL

Basically im lookin to get a few extra mph reliably enough that I can depend on the scoot for the daily commute but not get run over on the 45mph roads i have to take
Im currently thinking of measuring the available squish above the piston to the head and perhaps decking the head to get a little extra compression, the scoot is currently 100% stock with 6100miles on the clock

well it's up to you...but I'd do a 70cc kit...(I know at least one, of the ones i've done; she uses it to commute...and she has over 5k on the build and it still runs strong)...I have about 800 miles on the build but I just use it as a pit bike...
I don't know if I'd deck the head too much cuz with more compression you need better fuel aka more oct...and pump gas these days really sucks.

But if you want to leave a stock bore...I'd do a good pipe, big carb (I'd wouldn't go any bigger then 17.5mm) and MAKE SURE you do some clutch work...at min just change the weights, but I'd do a whole variator kit...the malossi one seems to work the best but you can also get an athena one which works ok also.

Hey Alex your scoot has a stock bore in it right??
Yours is just piped and clutched right?
What kind of big end are you getting...mid upper 40s?
