so when mostly Europeans were immigrating to the US from the 1800s to the 1970s we didn’t need a quota but now that its mostly other people of different color are the ones that are mostly immigrating we need a quota? also maybe we would not have an illegal problem if we didn't have a quote system?

You know illegal’s using the welfare system is a very small minority of the problem over blown by rush and fox news. Where’s your outrage for all the old people on social security and Medicare? Those old people eat up about 50% of the federal budget and will continue to grow to until 2025 when according to CBO numbers it has to be reach 100%. So where’s your outrage for all those folks? Or no you rather get emotionally upset at people who work for less than minimum wage.

on the side note, yes i agree we need to end all welfare including for old folks and poor folks.
