Maybe I am biased because I have been screwed multiple times from various dealers. Nothing personal to you Mitch, but I am done with them all at this point. All of my service work will be done by me with help from friends and the internet. Hell, when I started riding, I never intended to be a mechanic, I just wanted to ride, but with insane charges, long down time, and being treated like a second class citizen, I have decided to do everything on my own. Even if I screw something up on my bike learning how to fix it, I still come out cheaper with less down time than taking it to a dealer

I have learned to steer clear of the dealerships and work with the independents now, though they seem to be disappearing lately. There is still one good one left in my opinion.

Greg sorry but I will be at Blackhawk on Sat and Sunday if you would like to stop in some other time that would be awsome. I will buy you a Fosters at Champs when you get time. About the wait you were right it was a mis communcation on our part. The police station was right down the street that is why you saw a few.

I stopped using Schaumburg Honda/Suzuki a long time ago. I've always had older Hondas and they never wanted to deal with me. The actually told me to go to a junk yard to find parts for one of my bikes, because they didn't want to deal w/ it. I know only use Bob-jo Honda for parts. If they don't have them in stock they can get them. Schaumburg is a joke.

I think the dude's only complaint was that someone there told him it will be picked up at 9:30 and not 2:00, but somewhere along the lines...someone fooked up. And I surely don't think it was him. A simple apology for the mix up and a promise to make it right would've been sufficient for me to stay neutral, but nah, you had to let everyone know what a piece of shit bike he owns and that you're with NESBA and a STT instructor. Who the fook cares! You're job as part of the management team is to rectify problems and complaints in order to keep and gain more clients. Yeah, maybe you didn't loose a single 'costomer', just a couple of current and future customers.

I like owning a Triumph, I have never had any drama dealing with MCC. Triumph and Ducati are probably the only street bikes I will ever own.
