Ask Wink, he has something similar. I think he can get about 8-10 bikes in there?

That's what I was thinking. How well do you suppose a gooseneck will hook up to a Taurus?

With the right pen cap, pretty well I would guess.

If I'm not mistaken, Wink fits eight in his at the back. He can fit another two in the front if he moves the tool box. If the bikes are mounted sideways it can fit something like sixteen without much trouble.

I'm guessing about 12-15. Depends on how many tool boxes and cabinets are in there. If there aren't any, maybe more. Winkster can run 8 comfortably, 9 if we're ambitious and 10 if we put the 250 on the frame out front.

Standard config would be 12.

4 rows of three.

We have carried 10 before in a 32' box. I would assume that the 48 is similar with internal available length since it is for two cars. (subtract the living quarters and the cabinets.

Diesel by the way is the ONLY thing that can pull that 5th.

BTW - if I remove my tool box and tire changer, I can do 11 in standard load. With side load (right to left vs. front to back bike direction) I should be able to do 13-14.
