Work Van Track Hauler Suggestions.

A friend and I are looking to buy a used Work van to haul 2 bikes for track days. I know there are many on the board who have the same. Looking for suggestions as to what is best on a modest budget (I see these for sale all day long for $1K to $5K in decent / good shape). I'm not a Ford or Chevy or Mopar guy ( not you Alex) so Brand doesn't matter. Just looking for suggestions on Models, Engine type, what to buy, what to stay away from specifically etc.

Avoid the ones parked down by the river. Or anything white and in Plainfield.

If you are ever in Itasca, there is a guy who specializes in used work vans and sells them from his home. I know two people who have purchased his vans and they are very happy with them. He even gets them with hydraulic lift gates if they are on a big enough frame.

The home is located on the southeast corner of Thorndale and Arlington Hts Road. Can't miss the banner in his yard that says "Work Vans." If you want me to get the number, let me know.

What do the internet and Channel 11 have in common? They are both a window to the world; put it out there and do not be surprised who will see it.

for 1k I dont think you can be too fussy on model and engine type. Youre lucky if it has an engine

Well yes, $1k is not our price point. Thanks for the input.

Don't get a Sprinter unless you are prepared to deal with flocks of hot women throwing themselves at you. Sometimes it gets a little crazy.
