Aug 13 - USAIR Sat Race

Alright ladies, this one is tricky and I am def going to make it - I am thinking leave Fri after work and try and get all loaded up Thurs Night - Get a little love shack for the night and then race Sat - Maybe even stay up there a hang and booze for the night and come home Sunday - It looks as if the Practice and Race are on Sat 8/13 - I am going for sure as it is the last of USAIR races for the year and I just fucking love that track - Will do a Solo Shot and pit with Phil if I have to but want to try and get us all in if we can

Roman?
Steve?
Jimmy?
Tony?

Anyone else who wants to try it out, the track is fucking amazing and it SuperMoto Paradise - Here is a little Vid to show you

If I showed up on a DRZ Sm, would I be laughed out of the paddock?

Kidding a side, would the DRZ be a waste of time?
Or would there be a class my wife could run it, that would be fun?

even if you can, you shouldn't. it's pretty easy to drag pegs and the kickstand on the DRZ. the pegs fold up, so it's no big deal. but when the kickstand starts to drag you can really feel it unsettle the rear end.

Or when you high side and launch the bike in the air and kick stand locks down and bike with kick stand come down and imaple you or someone else - if your racing any bike - dirt or street - kickstand must come off!

Bill you move yet?

Yup - Cereal fo sho

My back is bad - Riding the Harley is painful and the last race (last time on the Husky) I drove home in pain and was also in pain for the next week - Dirt really messed it up and I am tired of popping pills to hide the pain as that is all it does, hides it, does not help to cure the problem - The shots are working (the L4 L5 is better) and now I am working on the L5 S1 to try and heal that a bit too

That and with this new job, I cannot afford to NOT work if something should happen on the track - We just completed a merger and had some lay offs so I am doing the job of (3) reps now and have been asked by Sr Mgt to really buckle down for the rest of the year - If something should happen and I had to miss work for ANY reason, it would not go over well and this is the company I plan to move me back to Cali by 2013 - I need to put on the game face and rock out for the next 6 months or so and then begin working on a transfer

It sucks growing up

Yes. It does. I have chronic pain with the same four vertebrae/two discs.

The only thing that keeps me from losing my mind is lots of stretching/yoga/pilates movements.

I gave up on all of that and just deal with the pain every day. Fracturing 3 vertebrea 12 years ago when I crashed at RA and also shattering my hip in the same crash I am in pain everyday. I just have a high tolerance for pain.

I use to but as I get older, I get use to being able to:

Wipe My Ass without Pain (shut it Tnat)
Put on my Socks without pain
Get up and sit back down in my office chair about 30 times a day without pain

You know, the basics - FML
