Trade Looks To Be a Go

Looks like the trade is a done deal - Making the shipping arrangements this week - The 630 is going to San Diego and this is coming here - No more Street Tard - It was a fun few months

^ I would say not even close, though Steve seems to be holding on to bikes longer these days. Maybe he's planning on selling them all for an early retirement.

Ha - Had no plans to unload the 630 at all until homeboy listed this beauty and said he would trade - I was planning on a top end of my current '04 over the winter for piece of mind so now I am covered there - Just need to finalize the shipping and such

Already emailed the decal guy about making me a set of them

To be honest, the 630 is fun but I am always looking over my shoulder for cops and that gets old - As for faster, it will be and Imwill grow into it and this motor is brand new so I am happy that I will not be running a 8 yr old motor waiting for the boom

sweet bike. would you keep the 5.5 wheel on the RR, or use your purty blue/black fancypants wheels?

Fancy Pants - HAHAHAHA

I am going to keep the 5.5 Rear and 16.5 Front that the bike comes with - The Excels have the Alpina Tubeless System on them - I know the Alps weigh less than the Excels but the bike is set up already and I am not gonna touch it

Hahahaha - I cannot afford to lose my license man - I drive for work - When I look down at the speedo and see we are N of 70mph in a corner marked 30mph, I just think, "Here we go, time to kiss cop ass"

I know for a fact, the RR will bring me much more pleasure than the 630 - My 450 is great and runs strong but a chance to own (1) of (50) ever made and have it Fact Built is just tooooooo good to pas up

Factory Modified? - I looks like:

"The more powerful "race" engine is mated to a six-speed box derived from motocross versions as are the STM slipper clutch, the electric starter, the 41 mm Keihin carburettor and the special cams and pistons. In collaboration with Arrow, Husqvarna engineers designed a tailor-made exhaust system for the SM530 RR. Like that on the SM 450 RR, it is made from titanium and features twin silencers. The heat shield is also made from titanium. "

So, the Swinger for my '04 (RR Spec) will be ready JUST in time for me to get the '09 RR and not install it on the '04 - FML

I want to rip the 630 a bit in this nice weather but for karma Sake, am not - I am excited to race tomorrow but just keep thinking about this bike and not wadding up the '04 so I can sell it

I can't get out of my own head......

Stoked to run @ RA though as I LOVE that track

I had planned on re-building the Top End and would tell anyone the same - Not because it needs it but because it is piece of mind - The bike was barely ridden for YEARS and did not see any real race or track use until Geo's last season and then this season by me - if I had to guess, I would say the bike has less than (40) hours on it and it still runs great and fires right up

Plus, I know you are not serious

Looks like the 630 is getting picked up this week - Should have the new 450 for the 7/8 track day - Looks like mine is going out then his is coming back - Not sure if we should do the title FedEx Out thing once we each have the bikes or what - He is cool and I have plenty of emails, phone calls and texts along with PMs on SMJ but I still want to protect myself a bit here
