SM Track Day - 8/26 - RA Kart Track

Looks like Sunday the 26th is an open weekend track day that we would share with the Karts - I don't mind sharing as those cats lay down some rubber and make the grip a lot better

Anyone up for this?

Don't want to race - Want a track day - Will be slow and out of shape and still have only MAYBE (20) mins total on the RR - Want to get to know it a lil better for the next round @ NWGP

Don't really care about that charity race

They usually have every wednsdays bike-kart track day. Usually you have the track to yourself during the week. nice.

Titties its a blast, less relaxed than other races as its a 2 hr endurance but youll get shitloads of track time man. One of the funnest races ive ever done. if you have a teamate you run for 15-20 mins then keep switching back and forth. like i said its a fun ass race and you dont have to get up a O-dark 30 to get there on time and when the race is over they have a band, food, beverages at the pavillion and youre outta there by 5pm. i got there around 10-11 last year and was on the rd home by 4-5pm. you gotta do it.

BTW Roman who are you riding with?

Me and Jimmy were able to hang out and BS with Mitch Hansen at the MotoGP. We talked about Romans bike breaking down and other stuff with supermoto. He said he will be at the next couple of RA trackdays and said he had fun with us last ime out. His mechanic is pretty cool too as he was with us when we were all BSign about stuff.

Very cool guy

Like i said before, Andrew Hyder a former Lites sumo pro top 5 said he went through 3 marchi rears and would never run them but would prefer a 16.5 front marchi and rear spoke to run as a setup - he said for sumo the rears were unreliable and potentially deadly.

Sucks to get rained out.
I've been thinking of going to one of the Thursday night events at your favorite place soon.
