Nice! Can you take a full pic of the left side? Want to see those braking rotors with the rest of the bike Also, just realized that piece of art only had single caliper.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

the 180 on the SXV looks huge compared to the slick on the Yammy. does it feel as nimble?

Any weight difference between the spokes? Not sure which one I like better - which is a testament to the rest of that bike.

Nice garage, Sir.

BH the plan is to race the Aprilia. Now that I tossed the rims on the thing looks ot nice to race. I want to do the RA trackday on Wed next week and possibly the sugar river trackday on Thursday. I will bring both bikes to so if the Aprilia feels as nimble as the Yammie. Its hard to compare when I ride one on the street and one is a race bike. There are so many things I would like to find out between the 2.

First I want to know which one is faster, meaning in a straight line heads up
Second which one is faster on a motard track

I honestly cannot tell you which one feels faster as the Yammie is far from stock and has some grunt. Bu the Aprilia is a bad mutha fu.........shut ur mouth! lol

Patrick I wish I would have weighed the rims. Next time I swap tires I will weight them to see the difference. By far I like the mags compared to the spokes. That goes for both bike the Yammie tard and the Aprilia.

The Motors should feel pretty close with all the work in the Yami - The big diff will come from the gearing of the Ape

Yeah the gearing for the Ape is definatly set up for the street as teh rear was changed 4 down in the rear. So if I did race it I would most likely drop 1 int he front and go to a 44 in the rear. I guess I will ask the guys who run the Ape;s at the track. I will know more one I get it out tot he track though. I should borrow a second scale so I can weigh both of them.

Sweet. The big question is does it make it easier to pull wheelies? Oh never mind. Seemed like it was pretty easy with the spoked wheels too.

Was thinking about the off season project and what I should do. I am pretty happy with teh power of the bike so I think I will keep the engine stock for right now. Wondering what parts I should have powdercoated black. My thoughts where to do the frame, subframe and swing arm. But then I thought that swing arm looks so sexy just leave it alone and just do the frame. But now I look at the pic with teh black Marchi's and I think it would look cool to have just the swing arm done. What are ur guys thoughts on this???

I'd do the frame, swingarm, foot controls in matte black. That would look hot. Lots of work though.
