Bought a SM610, lacing rims?

Hey guys, bought an SM610, and want to get black rims, questions I have:

Who does it around Chicago?
How much does it cost?
Can I reuse my old hubs and spokes?

Why not powdercoat the stock rims?

check with resurrection here on the board. if he doesn't know how to build wheels, I bet he knows someone who does

You bought the one in Indiana? I didn't know you were on here. Nice pickup (you were one in line ahead of me)

Congrats!

Congrats on joining the Husky crew!!

You should be able to use stock hubs and spokes as long as the rim has the correct hole pattern. I agree with BH probably get the your rims powder coated. Still gotta take them apart.

get the tires taken off, get your wheels to me, I'll disassemble them and relace them for 100 per wheel. also i have a powder coater out here who does great work, Once disassembled I will run them over to my guy and get them powdercoated whatever color you like, then I will reassemble them.

so figure 200 bucks labor plus powder coating fee's. this si also assuming your spokes are in good condition.
