According to this chart, yes it will work. Have I personally tried it? Nope.

Thank you so much!!!

I don't know what to do.
I bought GH world tour complete set, but i have rb1. i hate those drums...
i need a second guitar controller anyway and my rb guitar is broken.
i'm wondering if i should just get the game and return the whole set or keep it.
but i don't need two sets of drums, do i? LOL

do'h!

Thanks so much for the chart!

Personally, I would just keep GH World Tour. I've read of problems with the drums, but when I've used them, they are a lot better than the Rock Band 1 drums.

You could try to sell the Rock Band 1 drums on Craigslist for around $20.

Or...

You could get this:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1210290069150

Which comes with the game (though check to make sure it's the full game) and a guitar for $80. And then return WT and save $100 but deal with the crappy RB1 drums.

So, in conclusion, I probably just made your life more difficult

yeah, that's exactly what i was contemplating over the last few weeks...
i think i'll just keep it. life's just too short to deal with crappy drums, right?

thanks

I agree.

The layout just seems more natural with the GH drums.

You might want to do a google search on that because the site I found that chart on had some comments regarding the Ion drums and some sort of update that makes them compatible. No idea if there is any truth to it or not.
