5.1 headsets?

anyone have a suggestion for a decent, sub-$100 set of 5.1 headphones with a mic? not sure, but are those usually usb?...it'd be nice to have some surround sound withou needing to get a new receiver(RCA i've got crapped out, no rear speakers anymore )

a switch to turn the mic off would be a plus, but not necessary
