Cool Labor Day Weekend/Rib Fest @ ACC with STT 2010

Labor Day Weekend @ ACC with STT

Saturday - North Course
Sunday - South Course
Monday - Full Course

I unfortunately can only do Monday damn weddings and birthdays....why would anyone get married on a Holiday weekend I'll be stopping up on Sunday tho to say hi to everyone

Anyhoo......who's doing what?

Since I won't be there on Saturday I'm relying on all you guys to pit together throughout the weekend so when I come on Monday ya'll are near each other. We don't bite, well most of us don't Just come on up and say hi, we have welcomed many newbies and strangers to our confines......only never to be seen again

Last weekend everyone was scattered everywhere. We usually pit between the North and South Tower, just lined up between them...kthxbai

Saturday
North Course
Go-Karts and BBQ

Bomber/Matt is going to make ribs, if you didn't have any last year you are MISSING out Someone better save some for me!!! We are asking for 2 things, $7 a person to cover the meat and bring a dish to share! Please post up if you are in so Matt can make sure he has enuff ribs
You can also bring any additional meat you want grilled
Nick is bringing SAUSAGE!!!

Karts will be after the track day, $25 for a 15 minute session. If you've never done it you're missing out. I'd wear your leathers if Nick goes out there, trust me

There will be some more activities after the track on Saturday, but you gotta show up to find out what they are

Sunday
South course
Dinner at the traditional spot, feel free to join Post up if you are going to attend so Nick can get an idea of how many are going.
Cemeno's Pizza
1630 Essington Rd, Joliet

Monday
Full Course
I will be there....nuff said
My mom and sister and prolly some other family are coming up to spectate and hang out so I will prolly BBQ for lunch, if anyone wants to join in there let me know and I can coordinate that.

I can't even make it past the very first response without an harassment...

Two things:

1-Just to ensure there is enough to go around rib wise please make sure you post you are coming to eat and how many total. Matt will be spending out of his pocket for the ribs!!

2-We will be doing something special too (Sat nite) that I can not post at this time. Plan to hang out til dark. Families are always welcome!

ok I might be down to make food for monday.

I'm thinking

individual chicken pot pies (homemade of course)
some sort of side
and awesome refridgerator pies (watermelon, peach, mixed berry and lemon lime)

Does this sound good? Is there something else you would prefer? Give me some suggestions if you have them.

I don't ride, I cook!
