Labor Day food at ACC

I will need a head count for monday. I'm not 100% on what I'm making yet, but I'm thinking home made pot pies, and some ice box pies. They are really light and amazing. If someone has a better suggestion I'm game for anything.

I don't ride, I cook!

IN!
I'll have my usual hummus & veggies & chips & salsa.
Will there be a grill? If so, I'll bring some grill food.
Also, my daughter & her BF are coming.

Let me know how much $ /pp

We will bring our grill for those wishing to have things grilled for them. Mandy will have to decide cost, but as you know, she does this for fun, not for profit, so the price should come in very reasonable as usual.

Behind the scenes, we bought another refrigerator strictly for track food. Mandy is getting serious about this!

Dave and I were talking and the idea of Lasagna came up. What would you all prefer?

pot pies, or lasagna and garlic bread?

What about White Chicken and corn Chili with fresh baked chedder jalepeno cornbread? I've posted that recipie before and it's amazing.

I have some concerns that the crust on the pot pies will be soggy by the time I get to the track.
