w00t!!

This Saturday will be my first track day since summer of 2009. Hopefully this doesn't turn the addiction monster back on, but we'll see.

The last time at the track was at Jennings GP while I was still living in Florida on an SV650S trackbike. Since then, I'm 100lbs lighter and now on a 600RR. I was edging into advanced group back then, have no real feel for riding fast anymore we'll see how much comes back.

Anyhoo, does anyone have a link or can post the costs for tire service? I'll need a couple tires mounted and balanced as soon as I get there, most likely.

I ended up in novice class, I get the feeling after 2 or 3 sessions I'll be up some people's asses, does STT bump people up?

Looking forward to Saturday!

Don't you select your class at sign up? Why didn't you select a different class if you want to be in intermediate?

When I checked in the morning it was available, and by the time I came back to pay for it that group was sold out. I doubt I have any business in expert/advanced right now.

You'll have a good time. Find me and I will work with you. I'm going to try and coach Novice Saturday because my wrist is bothering me.

Sounds good Nick I will probably take you up on that... more than likely once I've got the leathers on the cobwebs will come off pretty quick.

Do the novice passing rules change as the day goes along (forced follow the leader, etc) or do they stay the same?
