Mid Ohio with STT

If you can swing making a Mid Ohio trackday with STT you will not be disappointed. Not many motorcycle trackday orgs have access to use this race track. Mid Ohio was repaved a few years ago I'm telling you it's an absolute roller coaster ride. Very technical with a lot elevation changes throughout and very very fast. There are plenty of hotels and places to camp close to the track. STT also does several twilight events at the track which is a pretty cool experience. They usually run from 4 pm to dusk. Don't forget NO DOGS. Dogs are not allowed in the track.

Mid Ohio dates with STT:

June 2nd
June 30th and July 1st
July 5th “Twilight - Max Time Format - 4:30pm to Dusk”
July 24th LED event
July 28 Lexington, “Ducati Revs Ohio”
July 29 Lexington, “All In Two Format”
July 30 Lexington, (Date Change to August 12th)
July 31 Lexington, “Max Time & Pro Practice”

August 23 “Twilight - Max Time Format - 4:30pm to Dusk

The first couple laps blew my mind. Then I found a rhythm and got up to speed pretty quick. The track is just stupid fast. Imagine Grattan and Road America mixed into the same track. Awesome I tell you. 6 1/2 hour drive from Chi Town in Lexington Ohio.

I'm not just saying this because I ride there 20+ times a year.. but no other track in the USA offers the mix or speed, elevation and technical sections as Mid-Ohio. These IMO is simply no better mix in a single track.

Pick the date and let me know. I'll car pool out there with anyone, just as long as you like hard rock and roll we are all good for the carpool idea.

That August 23rd date sounds good. It's the Twilight date on Saturday evening. I have close family about an hour south of the track that we can stay with and party afterwards.
