Post Autobahn 6-23

Well had a great time. First time at the track for me this year. I would be lying if I said I did not miss it. Turned out to be a good day.

Here is a video of our own Evil Twin and Catwlights. This is the 3pm session. I have four other sessions videotaped from Intermediate group so I will get those up as soon as I get a chance.

Good riding with everyone!

What do the internet and Channel 11 have in common? They are both a window to the world; put it out there and do not be surprised who will see it.

Whenever someone came around to pass, I slowed back away from you to give them room to squeeze by, especially that one guy who was pretty close to you on your outside. One of those guys was kinda freakin me out when I saw him behind me on there.... Glad I can't see behind me when Im on the track. lol I'd probably get all CAT-TASTIC on some of them. lol

Well it looks like my thread disappeared with the outage yesterday.

Anywho...GREAT day!!

Thanks Dean and Keith for everything, they towed me around and then followed me and gave me pointers

Thanks to Tom for putting my brake pads on....yeah, I'm a procrastinator....lol

Loved following Cat around and having her follow me....it's soooo much fun when your girlfriends are out there.

Damn...what else did I say lat night...I was EXHAUSTED when I got home last night...and I'm pretty damn sore today. I wasn't this tired/sore when I did 2 days in a row....but that track is mentally exhausting since it was the full one.

This was my first time in intermediate so I'm still getting use to people passing me in turns....but that one jack off was always too close...I don't think he liked it when Terra and I passed him

Anywho....can't wait till 7/5....going back!!!!

My first time at Autobahn. Took me 3 sessions to learn the full track. Dragged some knees in Novice. It was a good day at the track!

Lots of fun. I'll have to figure out how I can get back on the track before too long... Might have to buy my wife something in exchange for letting me do it again

Yup, it was a perfect way to spend a sunny Monday!!!!

I had a ton of fun coaching novice - thank you to everyone in Novice for keeping it clean the last two sessions when we opened it up and got out of the groups.

This was my first time doing the full course - it was a lot of fun! Looking forward to the Autobahn Labor Day weekend extravaganza to do it again!!!!

When you are on the straights stay on the arch of your foot or lock your boot heal in the peg the front of the lip. When turning the outer leg should again be on the arch pointed about 10:00 oclock the inner of course on the ball. By doing this you will relieve the hip flexor pain dont ask how I know this!!

Great day!
Nice to see our girls tearing up the track!!!!!!!
Impostor-I sat next to you in class, but didn't know it was you.
Supergirl & Cheyenne-great seeing you guys!
Had to sit out the last session due to severe leg cramps, but otherwise made some improvements in smoothness & hanging off. My coach kept giving me thumbs up.

LOL Dean!

his problem is, he should be riding at least intermediate, if not advanced...
note to t: save the ink. i won't let him register novice next time

i'm not complaining though, the last two sessions i was following him, and he would not rush thru the straights, so i could rest!

thanks impostor (imagine here thanking smiley. FF on linux doesn't like the smilies. d'oh)
