Cool POST STT Blackhawk weekend

WOW, I had a blast both days!!

Thanks to STT for organizing such a great weekend at BHF (hint hint, we want more stt bhf days!!!).

I had so much fun, I can barely put it in words.

Many thanks to Steve, Jen, and Bill for coaching! Thank you so so much!
Steve, thanks for the patience. I really appreciate you taking the time to pull me out of my slowliness

I had a lot of fun pitting with Dean, Keith, Dan, Wally, and Marcus on Saturday. I forgot to take any pictures though. Great times!!! The "usual suspects" were pitting by the hot pit where I moved on Sunday. Thanks guys and gals!!!

I'm still grinning from ear to ear!

Dug, great seeing both of you!!!! I tried taking a few pictures, but it was hard with my camera. I think one turned out good!

So, here a few shots from Sunday with my tiny little camera

Good seeing all of you out there. Wish I could have stayed on Sunday. Thanks to D4iguy for helping me out with the bike. It was a to find out it was only bad gas.

Dean

What do the internet and Channel 11 have in common? They are both a window to the world; put it out there and do not be surprised who will see it.

You know what seriously blows.... the fact that I wasnt able to get many photos throughout the entire 08 season because we didnt have photographers out there this year.

Sorry, but the DVK pics are no good.

It was great seeing everyone on Sunday. Tea, congrats on the bump, you seriously own that track. I couldnt keep up with you on that session we rode together. I can tell you're diggin' it out there.

First time out to BHF.... thanks to Jen and X for showing me the track and lines. I know where I need to work on that one, so next season, I'll pick it up when Im not utterly exhausted and sleeping in the trailer all day. lol

I only rode like three sessions. Oh well.... sleep is heaven.

Track season is over (I think). I didnt get to endulge in Grattan, and Femmoto is coming up next month..... We'll see.......

Trev - thanks for the velcro.... I was able to clock at 1:31.... Im darn stinkin' slow at BHF. LOL!!!

Oh Terra, for the first time out there and only 3 sessions, that is a sick pace!! Told you already!!

I'm really glad you made it out there, so at least you have an idea how blackhawk looks like! I'm sure next year we'll kick @$$ there

What a great weekend. The forcasters threated rain for Sunday, but the whole weekend was beautiful. Mid 70s during the day, and some nice crisp sleeping weather at night.
Dan, Keith, Marcus - It was great running with you guys.
Sorry I lost ya on that one session Marcus. I had to lead the warmup lap, then when I looked back I couldn't find ya.
Keith, you are rocking out there. Myself, I keep saying Keith Code's lines in my head, "How to overcome my survival instinct".
Terra - STT Grattan is only 2 weeks away . And congrats on a great run at an unfamilar track after working on your feet the whole past week. I'm happy you came out
Credit to Tea. I come up on 4 bikes going into turn 1 with Tea in the front. I figure that everyone will let up early, so I ease over to mid track. Well everyone does let up early, except for Tea. She ran it in deep. I remember thinking, "Dam, I completely under estimated her on this". Congrats.

Its looking like this weekend will pretty much close up my season.
I know X doesn't get on here much, but I have to send so many thanks to him for helping me progress at blackhawk the past bunch of weeks. Helping go over lines, playing the rabbit, putting up the FZR400 for the ASRA team challenge to force me to learn corner speed. Thanks again X.
And Troy - You F'ing C-Bag. Thanks for dragging me around both on the track and in the trailer. I was working my ass off to stay with you that 1 session on Sunday. Now I just gotta work back up to following you thru T1 at Autobahn North.

Great weekend everyone!
Tea, I followed you and Steve out on one lap. Way to go!
Now if you can only get those other guys to play. (cough, cough, …Dean, cough, Keith)

Excellent classroom instructions Trevor, you definitely put a lot of work into it. It always helps to reinforce the basics! See you all again at BHF!

Good thing you were stuck in traffic, else I wouldn't have been able to follow you on Saturday!
I think you look awesome!

I didn't take a single video in A, it's kinda not fun if you're not riding with someone you know to share the video afterward. Next time we'll catch an empty track and do a few laps!!

Hi Dug and Jo-An,

It was great hanging out with you on Saturday. How did Sunday go?

And I have a question for you. What exhaust did you have on your bike?
