What is STTs policy on returns?

I will most likely not be able to make it this weekend do to some unforeseen circumstances. Just want to know what is STTs policy in regards to returns or transfers. I tried finding it on their site but to no avail. I also emailed Monte directly but have not received a response yet. I know he is a busy man. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

It's usually faster and easier to call Patty at the main office: (888) 390-4020 for refunds. You might also want to check the STT forum to see if you can sell your spot to someone else.

One more question. It looks like its too late for me to cancel so if I were to sell my spot, how would I transfer it to that person?

If your circumstances are unavoidable (something sad or bad happened) you can sometimes still get a refund this late.

Otherwise:
"Give/Sell - Members may give/sell a track day to a member of the same skill group at any time. STT must be notified of the give/sell via email no less than 48 hours prior to the event. The person who you are giving/selling your spot to must be a current STT member. STT memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers can post their spots for sale on the STT, WERA and GSB Forums."

If you let STT know, and the person you sell your spot to knows your name, they just tell them at reg that they're taking your spot.
