Gingerman oct 3/4th is on me!! (partially)

CLSBer's,

Sign up at track this weekend and it's
$75.00 per day or 150.00 for the weekend
LADIES: 60.00 per day but you must sign up for BOTH days.

I (Nick) am paying the difference out of my own pocket...no b.s... I am covering the difference.

If you signed up already don't be upset. I was not planning on doing this, I assure you.

Im sure you're asking why?

This end of the year event is a little light due to it being a little chilly and the economy sucks. I, unlike many people this year, have been blessed with employment that pays well. Two jobs to be exact. You gotta give a little to get a little. I did not know what the turn-out was until TODAY at 09:00 AM. Turn out is low and did I mention the economy sucks? So, I thought it was my time to give.

Awesome, Nick!!

We pay a full price in April to freeze on the track. Why not use the opportunity and get some track time for a little $$

Daym. I need Skelegrow, or some of Claire Benett's powers...

I think Wolverines "ability" would be one of the best ones for track addict/crashers

I have a 1000 that you could be pissed about having to ride for that weekend.

Although the weather doesn't look to good on Saturday

Im not that familiar with the corsa 3, but the only other brand of tire I would use would be perelli

I used the PR4's in 50 ish weather before and I didn't have any issues. you have to spend some time to ensure they are warm. I run warmers now with slicks and couldn't ask for more.

yea no warmers for me YET i was thinking about a 4 tire package for next year along with some warmers. i imagine i could take it easy the first 3 laps of the session to ensure they are really warmed up i suppose.. hmm.. i may see you sunday just hope there is an I spot open and possibly 2 (weather pending it stays dry)

I NEVER used warmers until this year. After I started running them I extended my tire life by about 50%. Clearly it will different from bike to bike, but you WILL get more tire life from using them. Besides, you can start tearing up the track on the first lap (although I still give it one sight in lap at the start of every session regardless).

If you're only doing track days and not racing the standard one temps do the trick.
