Xbox 360 Star Wars Limited Edition Console

The elite is getting a little long in the tooth, and was looking to get a slim, but I might just wait to cop this. $450 a little hefty but it does come with kinect and a 320gb hard drive.

Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil,

'The Light at the End of the Tunnel' has been turned off.

That's pretty bad ass...and I don't have an Xbox yet...

But seriously, how much longer is that console going to be good for. Aren't they coming out with a new version next year?

Prob won't be for another 2 years would be my guess. Not sure I'd buy the new version xbox off the bat anyway seeing as how the 360 had so many bugs.

My kids will love that Kinect game...heck Dad may have to supervise.

Wow Amazon says Dec 31st release?...Xbox.com says Holiday 2011. Sure hope they get this out for Christmas.

I'm in the same spot, love it and don't have one, and am also concerned about impending obsolescence. If it were $200, I'd be on it, $450 is way too steep for a paintjob and a $50 hard drive.

I've had my 360 for 4.5 years now without the feared "ring of death." I was toying with the idea of upgrading to the newest hardware, especially after seeing this geek treasure with the kinect...but why upgrade when mine works?

Be it using netflix, hulu, espn hd, arcade games or xbx live gaming...I have surely enjoyed my xbox.

New console to be introduced in 2012 and out in 2013. They are not in a hurry to release a new system because this system is far from its ability. (Next system is to take advantage of 3D and that is not main stream at this time).
