Need For Speed : The Run

Anyone else pick one up? Got it sunday. Not exactly what I thought it would be. NFS Hot Pursuit was fun. This one is, well, somewhat boring. Long load times between events. Also keeps track of "restarts" for some stupid reason.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Thanks for the heads up on that. I've been away from driving games for ages, and was considering jumping in on this one.

I still say Need for Speed: Porsche was one of the best ones!

I Agree, I've played all NFS and Porsche was absolutely the best. But since I got my hands on Richard Burns Rally, I never played any other racing game for more then 10 min

Really got fed up with it last night. Had to run on foot. Basically press certain buttons when told to or you fail.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

if you gotta run n shit in the game then it seems to end the actual car simulation and they ran out of ideas.

I played the game for an hour or so yesterday and I absolutely hate the game. It's a good thing I got it for $35 on black friday... I'd be pissed if I paid full price for it.

I'm up to the very last race. So sick of the so much as bump anything it throws your car into a hard object and causes a reset. Also you end up in a subway tunnel doging trains. Weird how a NYC subway train can out run a Lambo Aventador doing 140mph. Then where I got pissed off, going through a loading dock chasing the car you have to pass to win and constantly clipping shipping containers while you watch him leave you in the dust.

Not even going to bother with trying the online play. Hell dont think I'm gonna continue the challenges once I finish the "run".

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

it's nice to go back in time ... I've spend a lot of time playing games when I was young ... I still remember the stages from this video
