Anyone Still play Counter-Strike?

I was just curious if anyone out there still plays Counter-Strike (v1.6 not source)? I know it's an old game, but still fun. I also play Diablo2 every now and then.

Yeah, back in the high school days when I had time.

every now and then I'll get on STEAM for some TF2 or CS:S

diablo II, brings back memories. there is a ladder reset I heard going to happen soon. I don't have it installed but I was just thinking about it today.

Yeah, when I was part of a CS clan back in college, half the team went source and the other half didn't. Then they joined a Source league and fell apart because everyone that didn't go source didn't want to go out and buy a new game. I just figured it was the same game with little additions and so I never went out and bought it.

Ahh, Counter-Strike. I picked this up back in Beta 2. I think I finally burned out sometime around CS 1.6. Tried to play Source and it was alright, but just not the same.

I used to run a heavily admin'd, friendly-fire server called ChiMayhem. Built of a fantastic community of regulars and lived on both the game server and the message boards. Ahh, those were good old days... at least until CS went retail and the teenie bopper n00bs came flooding in.

I played PCGN and STA. It was kind of funny because after I graduated college I started playing CS again and kept getting banned from servers because I was pwning admins and they didn't like it . I'll be sure to add you when I get on later.
