They must of removed it. It was in a huge debate as well. It was the first map of the game and they make you be a terrorist and run around a mall just slaughtering tons of civilians for no reason. This map is also optional and you dont have to do it because of how real to life it actually is.

No there is no pc version. They took all the pc features out. Theres no console, no dedicated servers, no lean. Its just a stripped down console game now.
