Bike Storage

Hello, I was wondering if I could get the message accross to everybody about my Motorcyle storage company in the winter? I have a 20,000 SQ space that i only allow motorcycle's and car into during the winter months. its 50 to 80 a month; pick up, start up's, trickle charger etc. I don't know the best way to get this message across to everybody. I just want the help out as many people as possible during the winter for cheap.

Thanks and let me know!!1

if you have the facility already you already know your fixed costs... why the variable rate month to month?
50/mo= weve never seen you before, and you certainly didnt store a bike with us

60/mo=i think we have a _____ bike in back but i dont think its yours

70/mo= weve got your bike in the back but its parked in come back next month to get it back

80/mo lemme go get your bike ill be back with it in 10 mins

I'm offering bike storage for free!!!

Leave the keys and I will run it often, until it dont run. Then I will part it out.

Leave the keys and title, I will run it a little bit till the cops are looking for it. Then I will sell it.

Dont leave the keys and I will hotwire it and run drugs with it till I wad it into a tree. Know anybody that needs drugs ran.

Leave the keys and $300 and I will ride it, wreck it and pick up all the pieces so you have something to work on during the summer.

Dont leave the keys, sign paperwork and leave $2000 and your bike will be stored in a heated space and covered with a soft cotton cloth after it is washed. I will then wash it again before you pick it up (one week notice is necessary).

Yes i'm new to the site; it was a shitty first post and sorry for wasting everybody's time. So i'll do a little introduction :This Year I've been riding a III Gen ZX10r, Harley V-Rod screaming eagle, Ducati Streetfighter S, 1998 Bimota DB3, Harley XR 1200, 1985 Ducati 1000 SS Hailwood Replica. I'm married with 3 daughters, I'm a Software System Engineer, I play hockey, Coach youth hockey with the Chicago Jets and Johnnys ice house. Once agian sorry for a shitty, shitty first post.

the range is based on if its a car, motorcycle, boat or jet ski. Pick up and drope off is also included. Monthly cleaning is also provided along with member apperciation days. BBQ, Drinks, Bike talk, and to look at a great bike collection.(including a Vincent HRD 998 Black Shadow, 1952 vincent black shadow, Handle full of moto Guzzi, custom hayabusa side car. About 71 bikes in the totall collection. The collection is from a former AMA racer all the way back from the 1970;s. I consider winter between the months of DEC 1st to March 30th. so 4m at & 50.00 is $200.00 (lower then $250.00).

Why are you wasting our time? Whats with all the secrets?

Well we know ABOUT you. We know about this "Place"
But still nothing of use. Who in the motorcycle community do you know?
Where is this place!
You'll need to give people some details. Everyone has concerns. It's easy for a bike to disappear.

What kind of access can people have? Call ahead. 24 hr. Lock down till March.
What kind of security is in place?
Do you have insurance to cover all these bikes?
Dirt floor or concrete floor?
Heated?
Member appreciation days... Member of what?

$50 for a bike, $80 for a boat? I can park 8 bikes in the space of a boat.

Give us some information we can work with.
You might start with a name.

I'd settle for the previous mentioned pics of his daughters.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Here are some pics of the bikes in my garage. The space for the Storage is being looked at for a Carwash now. So the idea is dead in the water. Sorry!! If some of you would like to see some of the nice classic's you can view them at the World Gym on Montrose. Al Phillips is the owner of the collection and he is my father n Law.

Hmm so maybe this guy is legit. Kevin who are you married to? Rachel or Morgan? I knew both of his daughters for a short time when they swam.

from the looks of it we only saw what is purported to be his stuff... never anything of the storage facility, though the deal fell through and its gonna be a carwash now.... sound to me that this idea never was close to getting off the ground, never had wings and never even got rolling for that matter.
