Gear thread

We need a thread about gear. There are posts about gear popping up in "open" and in "sportbikes"-- but they would apply to the cruiser thread sometimes, too.
It's separate info frmo the bike themselves and there's too many questions to not have it's own thread.

A gear forum would be good. Gear choice is such a personal thing, besides it would give an "official" spot for Kimmy to plug Suomy Helmets and for me to prove that I can squeeze a dime out of a penny.....remember free and cheap are good words

Sometimes goodbye is your second chance.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
