What about a weather forum!

Since weather-talk comes up more often than not. What about having a weather forum! Just a thought!

I've seen that on other motorcycle websites, and since the sport is very weather related, I think it would be a great addition.

I predict RAIN on your parade!

Seriously a page dedicated to the updating forecast would be kinda cool. Not just the temperature givin. I do not know if you can do that but like go to a stickied thread in "SOCIAL GATHERINGS" forum that when you open it up it shows the local forecasts and provide a click to check your immediate forecast in your vicinity more detailed. That would be cool if its doable.

I just do not want to see a "75" with a cloud.

This is something I can work on. I like the radar above thats awesome. I might just have to put that on a page.

I've updated the radar page so you can see how I have setup for our group. That Current/ 5day page is the cleanest and most organize I've found on the net to date.

I would put the page in the riding forum for easy access. Riding and weather go hand in hand so they should be accessible to each other, IMO. Plus a link to your weather forum from the front page wouldn't be a bad idea either. Convenience and easy access is the key.

Good Luck.

Naked, that's a pretty good radar loop. If you guys want I can give a forecast in the morning for the days I'm working.... or if you really want I can give one everyday. Don't rely on weather.com or accuweather.com. They are both inaccurate in and of themselves. If there is a weather forum LMK if you want me to do any forecasting.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Hey Naked Bandit is that qwikcast any more accurate than the other shit that's been lying to me? (wgn/skilling, weather.com, accuweather..etc.)

Chills go for it, anything would be better than these idiot weather people we have now. They're like 75% wrong? You got a better shot with a bookie!

OMG, don't let him do it. He already thinks he is fast and now giving him the power to forecast the weather....His head is going to get so big he will have to get a bigger helmet!! j/k
Seriously good idea on the weather page...I really dont have good ideas but instead mildly sarcastic opinions...

Wayne, I may be slow, but I'm faster than you!!!

The only thing about me forecasting the weather is my ass getting up before everyone else to let you know if riding is in or out for the day.....

And if I'm 40% right then I'm better than the other weathermen.
