OK to make it easy, a few people will need to help "moderators"

i rent a hall of some kind, there we get a set dinner choice and cost per plate.

we have an open bar.

someone bring the tunes, and lets fucken party!

OR i can rent out like one of those VFW halls and we all bring some food plates, and ill set up a grill, everyone bring some drinks, and someone brings the tunes, and we STILL get fucked up and party!

Potluck at the VFW sounds like a good idea. You'll just need to make sure that everyone doesn't bring the same thing.

I'd be all over that sucka, but am working double-time putting together our leadership conference and am consumed until after year-end.

this sounds like a great idea as long as its central location. doesnt seem fair for one person to drive 2 hours to city for this while ppl in the city drive 10 mins.......

just my 2 cents

Ask me ill tell you...........anything I wanna hear

what about dave & buster's? its central, and it's HUGE-- we could have our own space no problem. food is reasonably priced. not the coolest place on the planet, but it fits the bill.
and maybe we could see ken work his magic on the dance machine thing.

trust me lets stay away from dave and busters, to rent the back room there is some GOOD change.

also too, i dont wanna hear nothing about driving, ill make it central somewhere we have people that come from iowa just for hooters gathering.

so people can drive and hour or a hour 1/2 worst case, but anyway, i gotta get with kelly since he started this i am only trying to help as i figured this would be eastier for a large gathering and we stay grouped together and keep the bills at a minimum.
