Picture Opening

Any chance you guys would change the way pictures open? It is annoying for me atleast and possibly others I am sure that when I open a picture it opens in the parent window and not a new window. I would like to read the post while viewing the picture which is about the post. So any chance you could change pictures to open in a new window.

Just a suggestion.

Hold the SHIFT key down (when using IE at least) when clicking on the photo and it will automagically spawn in a new window.

Who still uses IE? I know how to do it with keyboard shortcuts and what not but it is annoying especially when it is a simple code change to make it open in a new window.

in firefox ctrl+click opens it in a new tab. I guess I'm used to doing it-- I prefer not to have a lot of windows open (I know, it does defeat the purpose of "windows")

*Raises Hand* I use IE and yes it would be nice to have it open in another window

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later!!

I still use IE. If you know what you're doing, it works just fine. I tried Firefox, but didn't feel like changing. Besides, it's my business to know IE inside and out.

And I like the way it's coded...backspace (or my hotkey) is my friend.
