With 572cu inches... This sleeper has so much power, we've busted the tailshaft on the trans twice in under 1,000 miles.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

Nah, that would make too much sense. Let's just keep breaking it.

Everyone in the world with the exception of Harley/Muscle car guys uses CC/Liters in regards to engine size. I listed the 9.4 Liters as a frame of reference for us sportbike guys who can count above 500.

Original body: the engine, trans, rear end, wheels, brakes, suspension have all been upgraded. Muncie 4 on the floor
It's just the tail shaft housing that breaks, fricking aluminum. So, the solution is solid engine and trans mounts, beefed up cast iron tail shaft housing, along with milling the drive shaft down 1/4". Hopefully it doesn't tweak the frame. I'm thinking of reinforcing the frame at some point, maybe when I get stickier tires.
