I didn't buy into it at first, but....

So last year when the Corvette C7 came out there was so much hype and dealers were marking them up $10k and I tried multiple times to get a test drive. All I heard was how everyone they had on order was pre-sold etc, etc, etc...

Well funny what a difference a year makes. All of a sudden the z06 is being announced so all those idiots that paid $10k over MSRP are dumping their cars to go place an order on their z06. So this isn't all bad news to me. I went to a deal and all of a sudden a test drive on the standard car with z51 package is no problem. I really thought I'd end up with another Porsche. However after driving it the choice was clear.

I've only had it a couple of days but I'm absolutely loving it. Once you get past the GM, Chevy and Corvette names it is just a fantastic car. Which just happens to have an added bonus of being thousands less than the competition.

So without further adue here it is.

Not a bad choice. I drove a 2015 Stingray and it does handle like my 02 Z06, but interior is much better.
