I still might do the Woodstock CX race as I locked down borrowing this bike for the remainder of the year. I gotta see if I'm destroyed from the 15K on Saturday first. My kid wants to race the CX race though, so I might as well.

Great ride today, we took it easy at the start and wicked it up quite a bit the second half. 25miles in 3hrs and it shows 2400ft of climbing, I wasn't sure if the elevation gain was true but my legs have confirmed it- they are on fire right now.

COBB Saddle

It was fun, that is all i'm really trying to focus on right now...

Also I forgot to mention, I got the John Cobb Plus DRT saddle and used it for the first time today. It is very good, padding was like baby bears porrage- not too much not too little, there is a nice material on the back that allows the spandex to slide very easy so it doesn't get snagged when hanging off the back. The saddle is long enough to allow some fore/aft movement as the day progresses and the grip is good while still allowing you to slide. Lastly the sides of the seat are long and this was a welcome change as it actually was supportive in a different way because your leg doesn't dig in when pedaling. Overall I would highly recommend the seat to anyone.

Yikes! That thing looks heavy! Tell your nuts to man up and ride on a piece of cf! lol

J/K the right seat is hard to find. To me, it's more the shorts. But everyone is different.

Glad you guys had fun out there. I was going to show up, but my dogs got sick. What a fuckin mess!! Had to take care of things at home. Spent 2 1/2 hours on the trainer though before I got my drink on.
