Are they still accepting entries? I don't know what my schedule is this year so it will be hard to commit to any races.

I'm thinking about doing the triple crown. DD would be part of it. Can't decide. Tough call, if I do it interferes with all area Xterras so I couldn't do any of them again this year.

Well I did the Dare 100K course and to say it was a challenge is an understatement

First off you don't get a chance to warm up on the ride. It starts out going downhill, with some flats to pedal in, then bang hills.

I was doing pretty good for the most part, but got a thigh cramp while pedaling up the big hill in Governor Dodge State Park and leg went straight and locked. Shit Fuck walked it out for about 15 steps and took some hammer endurolytes it hopes wold help as we had to go around a do the hill again, two laps. I pedaled around the park and spinning to go up the hill again and a cramp started, I tried to pedal though it but no go and walked about 15 steps only to hop back on the bike to finish the hill. Overall a great ride and will be back next year for the 150K and a compact crank or larger cassette on rear.

Garmin locked up so I'm missing 5.2 miles of the ride. Overall a 16mph avg and was expect 14 if that so I'll take it..
