Skim milk, Elite Whey protein Isolate with a scoop of BCAA & Glutamine powder.

or a lowfat chocolate milk.

Elite Whey is the best tasting stuff on earth FYI (as far as Whey powder goes).

Endurox R4. Been using it for a decade. As long as you get close to the patented 4/1 carb to protein ratio anything is good really.

Bingo! It's got the 4/1 Ken was talking about.

Honestly, I use horizon organic chocolate milk for workouts under 2 hours. Just a half glass. Keeps the calories lower. Over two hours I'll use a recovery drink. I've used endurox r4 in the past. Right now I'm using hammer recoverite. Ill do that and then plan a meal within a couple hours of the workout.
