If it had BIG suspension it's a downhill bike.

It's probably the Surly Pugsly. It's designed as, kind of, a novelty with the big fat tires. But, I hear it's pretty usefull as an all-weather bike. Meaning it does really well in snow/mud/whatever

I saw on at Palos today, it wasn't the Puggy Wuggy or whatever. It looked cool, but if I'm passing someone uphill those tires must be HEAVY.

if you want to test ride one they have a demo unit at the 2bici bike shop on Archer near Palos
I have seen them at Johnny Sprockets stores as well.

Seemed kind of pricey to me.
