How to clean mountain bike

Back in the day it was wd40 and cloths. That takes too much time so is there some miracle stuff I can spray on my bike? Palos was wet as hell today.

washed my with the hose and dawn yesterday... used an old toothbrush the clean out the cassette and chain rings and a rag to wipe the rest off, rinsed it all off then bounced it on the tires a couple times to shake most water off, compressed air to dry out the cassette and other water holding nooks put on a shiny new chain then oiled that with some leftover motor oil that I collect in a squeeze bottle for just this sort of thing

finish line bike wash or something like it. I use the same bike wash that I used to clean my mx bike, I don't use any attachment on the hose though so not to drive any debris into the seals. Soft bristle brush helps with the job too and I pull the chain off and use a rag on the cassette while the wheel is still on the bike.
