RR is much longer for distance as well as less laps or even point to point. Crits are usually a half hour to an hour and do many laps on a .75 to 1.5 mile course. Here is the link lazy ass!

And no I will not stop running just yet. I qualified for Nats so I gotta keep at it.

already been all over that site and contemplating this mofo. Time trial sounds cool but early start is a killer, would need to drive up the night before. Do road races such as this one have as much shenanigans as crits? My frame is too purty to get Chunk'd

Typically the RRs are much more relaxed as there is plenty of time to dust the slackers without getting all hyped. Having said that, my last crash was in a road race.

You will dig it. Motorcycle racers think crits or road races are easy compared to that.

Of the two RR's I have entered, I would call it a crap shoot as the same amount of squids in both...

Having said that, I almost like RR's better as my endurance is better over the longer haul, if that makes sense..

Of the 40 or so riders yesterday, I was one of two with hair on my legs, and one of one with a non carbon framed bike. Fuckin' roadies! Ain't nobody got time for carbon and shaving!

I'm a BIG maybe. I'm still not over my pity party from having to cancel the rest of my tri season. Having too much fun eating ice cream and drinking beer.

Btw. Look who was busted standing around at Leon's this weekend. LolImageUploadedByTapatalk1370470037.090003.jpg
