Kettle ride 9/2/13

Awesome day. Started out with me, Rick, Todd, Kevin, Ian, Dave, and picked up Myron about half way. Lost Dave at half way with time issues, and then Todd took it easy on the way back by himself. Surprised Ian survived. 44 miles total at a pretty good pace. I feel good today and could definitely do that again right now, especially if I back off the pace a bit. Average power was 230 and my planned target power for La Ruta is around 200 or so. This sounds easy.

Never you mind the top speed. Left the garmin on some of the way home.

87 mph WTF. Have you ever not sped somewhere?

At least that speed came at your lowest HR..

Saved $12 by not parking in the lot or paying trail fee once again. Add that to the total now. Hope these niggaz got some FTP when they have to chase me.
