Blown head gasket?

I think the worst has happened and I have blown my head gasket!
Coming back from a ride and filling up the gas tank, I noticed that I had some oil leakage on one of my radiator fins. I rode back to the garage and cleaned the oil off. I started the bike up and revved it to 6-7k rpms and then slowly brought it down to idle, and watched the head gasket area.

In a little section of the gasket material I would occasionally see a tiny little bubble or two form. Oil was not gushing out but then again after a 30 min or so ride I think I can develop about a teeny oil spot on the radiator fin. The spark plugs do not show oil buildup and in checking the backpressure on the exhaust it seems pretty good.

1. Is this a blown head gasket in the making?
2. I probably should not ride the bike until I get this thing sorted out right?

It's not uncommon to have to retorque a few hundred miles after rebuild.
The heat cycles will help these parts find a happy spot if you will.

I'll be glad to take care of that for you bring it down.I'm not sure if that's a warranty thing or a fallow up type of service.Either way it never cost to much around here.
