Frames between DS7 and RD350

While researching the DS7, I am finding a lot of similarities to the RD350. Does anyone know or can tell me how to find out if they have the same frame? If I find a RD350 engine to drop in, or find another RD350 later on, it would be nice to be able to swap parts between the two bikes.

Same, I'm unsure. Related, yes. And that would include the R5 and the RD400. The TR frames and even the early TZ's also. The cases are pretty much the same, so you can usually put, let's say, a reed valve RD400 engine in a lighter TR3 racing frame to make either a race bike or convert it into a cool street bike.
