Timing Tools Needed

So I am thinking about checking out the timing on my CB360, which could explain some issue I am having. I would require a stroboscope or a timing light to do this. Any suggestions on which to get/where to get it from and if anyone has one available for use, I would really appreciate it!

Looks like timing lights are pretty common and cheap, but they aren't as accurate.

Stroboscopes seem to be the best for this, but from what I see, they are pretty expensive.

Check with your local auto parts store and see if they do tool rental.

OOPS should have mentioned, I would be willing to just buy a timing light from wherever, but if someone had a stroboscope I would want to rent it out for a tad. The cheapest stroboscope I found was around $80, but one of those "cheapo" ones from China.
