I Do Not Necessarily Agree But....

...old Fred sure liked his rears thick - Funny, band named "Queen" and lead singer who is known to dress in white leather jump suits - As a kid, never saw that one comin....

Either way, turn this shit up - RIP Freddy - You were ahead of your time Bro

Hell yeah! Queen rocks. First record album I ever purchased was "News of the World" - still have it somewhere in the basement (along with "Jazz", where this appears along with "Bicycle Race" - which also contains a related lyric "fat bottomed girls will be riding today"). Yeah, I had a "thing" for Freddie Mercury back in junior high... he was HOT!

Caught an interview with Brian May on NPR yesterday - did you know he holds a doctorate in astrophysics?

That is the first Queen album I ever listened to also. I was in grade school in Des Plaines and we had a book mobile that would stop by the school. I would check out records. This was also how I discovered the Blues Brothers when I checked out Brief Case Full of Blues.

If you ain't with us, then it's just bad news.

Queen was an epic group that contributed much to rock & roll.

Freddy Mercury was a genius. Too bad he left so soon.
