Gear Packin Jam

What a long and fucked up week I have had - I need this Race Weekend in more ways than one - As I run around looking for shit I have not seen or touched in 6 months, I pray to the gods of Sunshine and Dry Tarmac (Race Day looks Iffy) to keep a watchful eye over us - Yeah, and the Gods of Safety too

With all the recent new Tard Owners, i hope you fools decide to come out and race with us one day and Trip Like I Do!!!!!!

Let's rip bitches......

(always thought this would make a great song to do a race vid to)

That's a cool song. Brian (the longer haired filter dude) is a longtime friend.

I do want to race my tard. It'll be fun to be a backmarker.

Gotcha - I think your boy and Rich have been the mainstay of the band - Geno played for a bit but many like him have come and gone from that group

Sunny and 45 all day today and the track was PERFECT - Got in about Noon 30 and on the track by 1:30 and by 5pm FUCKING exhausted - So out of shape - Great turn out for Practice today and the weather looks even better tomorrow - Calling for Sunny and 59 - Big Old Bar-B-Q after with the NWGP crew and just left them with a ripping Bon Fire

Needed to work a few kinks out on the bike but got it dialed in and all the new gear fit perfectly - So stoked and glad to back at "Race Weekends at the track" - Tomorrow, we run

Sunny and 60 and perfect conditions today - I am the best back marker EVER - Got bumped up this season (not due to skill, just time and CCs) and I forgot how fast these guys are

Bike ran great, new slicks gripped like mad and I got my lap times down but still came in last the 1st race and was on my way to the same finish before the red flag came out on Lap 8 (of 12)

Either way, awesome to be back on the bike and back at the track

Ironically, Brian left the group after recording the above song.

One of my most fond memories from my escapades to the sandbox was when in 2008 I was lucky enough to witness Frank Cavanagh reunite with Filter in Kuwait. We saw a soldier walk up on stage and grab the bass, we were all like wtf is this, than realized who the soldier was. Played "Hey Man, Nice Shot" and everyone went fucking nuts.
