Years ago, I was taking lunch outside the DePaul Music Center in down town Chicago when a truck pulled up and started unloading a bunch of band equipment. The truck had "Govt' Mule" painted on the side. I had never heard of them before so I walked up and started chatting it up with the guy with the long hair. He introduced himself as Warren (Warren Haynes). They set up and played 3 songs right there on the street. It was great.

Side story: While I was standing there watching the band play, a bum, with a red clowns nose clipped on his nose (you know, like a little red ball slit open on the side) walks up to me and asks for one of my bananas. I had bought two of them from a street vendor for lunch. I said, sure but first you have to tell me why you're wearing a clown nose. Without hesitation he answered, "Because clowns get all the chicks.". I thought about that for a second.........and handed over the banana having just learned a valuable lesson.
