CLSB CCS How did you do this weekend at BHF?

I know Grasshopper was there and put it on the expert podium at least once.

I squeaked out a 3rd. I was not smooth today and the front and rear of the little bike were sliding a bit. Racing on your competitors take offs may not be the best choice.

Germany did his first race weekend.

I think he took a second or third in his first race! NICE!

I know he took FIRST in another race! I think he was excited. He passed me on I90 doing 75 waving his first place trophy out the window.

Nice riding! You've come a long way since the spring.

ok, Greg...

I did a 4th. in Unlimited SuperSport - yes that was a good and real race I think there were nine in the grid, not sure anymore, I was too nervous to actually look at the time sheet all the way...
Than I took 1st in Heavyweight Superbike - one 3 on the grid, and the other bikes were a six hundred and a RC51... I closed up to the last expert but was a bit nervous about passing him, so I fell back and stayed in a safe pattern between him and the guy behind me.
The last was the most action filled one, I ran Supertwins and I took the 1st out of 2... but I ran up to 4th overall with an expert field of 6...

yes Jim, when I drove home last night I was thinking that I should just stay home, I was worried and excited, both at the same time...

This was my first race weekend and it was a blast! Race morning was pretty stressful, I was running all over the place. I took 3rd place in Am middleweight SS, SB, and GTU. In GTU, I made it up to 2nd place but ended getting passed right at the finish on the last lap.

I'm happy with the results and I was happy to run consistent low 14's when I haven't ever been in the 14's until today.

The only bad part of the day was that I was charged for a license twice... I took the class saturday which included the license and then I was charged when I registered. I was in such a hurry that I didn't even think about what they charged me.

Whatever! The 600 and 1000 lap records are almost identical.

There's no benefit to a 1000 at BHF. So I'm told. A win is a win. You had to be in front of at least two others who have probably been doing this all season.
