Well, I made it back and am tired as hell. Half-hour long sessions, and a 5 hour drive home will do that to an old guy.
Met Shadrach, and saw quite a rew Illinois plates, but probably no other CLSB members. Anyone?
Interresting day with too many red flags for my taste, but they were all in group 1 (beginner-intermediate) so it didn't really affect my time. Everyone was OK, mostly just real estate adventures in T4
Set a new personnal best lap time of 1:21:16 in the afternoon once the frost was off the track. Damn it was chilly.
Had fun and can't wait until next year. See ya!

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

I had a blast once again. Thanks to Michael from Motovid for the excellent service and fielding all my questions through the day. I watched the video a few times already Tell Kevin thanks for the demo sun-shield, I'm defintely getting one for next year, and hope he's feeling okay today after that unfortunte pile-up in turn 1

Nice meeting you Neal, and the guy with the red ZX1100 (forgot name)... I didn't notice any other CLSB members. I'm glad we came home incident-free....

A few guys buzzed me close, nearly bar to bar, and I got stuffed in a few corners. Neal said the NESBA days are controlled much better so I'll probably start going to those next year,

Yeah, both NESBA and Ken's days are more controlled/supervised.
All crashes were in group 1, so I would say inexperience/cold track and tires/hero factor all played parts in the wipeouts.
At least nobody was hurt bad.

Hey Shadrach, Nesba has control rider who do exactly that. They will pull you in tell you when you getting out of control. Nothing against Sean and his setup but Nesba just has tighter control on the track. By the way its a GPz1100 and my name is Stacy, it was good meeting you. Hope to see you out there next year.
